This search will provide you with any non-criminal lawsuits filed against any individual (such as owed child support, damages, bankruptcy, or personal injury), within a 7 year period. A bankruptcy search is obtained through the Federal Bankruptcy Courts and a Liens & Judgments search is conducted through civil courts. This is a nationwide search completed by using the applicant’s social security number.
