Nationwide Criminal Packages
Basic Package-formally known as “Nationwide Criminal”
- Nationwide Criminal Search: This exclusive criminal search includes access to more than 300 million criminal records covering all 50 states. Nationwide criminal record searches go back AT LEAST seven years with new criminal data added regularly and proprietary data added daily. We do not rely on typical criminal record databases for this important information, as they can be incomplete and possibly out of date. We have a team of researchers that work directly with the courts at the county level, meaning we get our information directly from the source, which allows us to provide the most accurate information to our customers.
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control) Search: OFAC list search detects individuals who are prohibited from doing business with a company or citizen in the United States. OFAC, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, prevents interaction with terrorists, people trafficking drugs internationally, and weapons violators among many others. OFAC also denies dealings with certain foreign entities. It is mandatory that all U.S. persons comply with OFAC regulations, including all U.S. citizens and permanent resident aliens regardless of where they are located.
- Sex Offender Search: This is a search of the current individual state sex offender registries to provide information on sexual offenders that are required to register as a sexual/violent offender in the state where they presently reside.
- Social Security Trace/Address History: a Social Security Number Trace, or SSN trace, reports names and addresses associated with a particular social security number. The information in this search usually goes back 3 to 10 years. The data found in this search gives authentication of name and address history that can be used for validating information when searching criminal records. Applicants who may have something to hide tend to omit other names they have used, making this search a great accountability tool.

O.S.B.I. (Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations) Criminal Records
The OSBI Criminal Record search provides arrest and/or conviction data from misdemeanors to felonies from the State of Oklahoma only. This report goes back a minimum of 7 years, but it has been our experience that they go back further. The turnaround time on this record is usually within 24 hours as we send someone to the OSBI in Oklahoma City daily, as opposed to the 2-5 day wait time from mailing or faxing in the request. This search also includes an important component, a search of the Department of Corrections Sex Offender Database.
We also offer other state and county level criminal checks besides Oklahoma. Prices and availabilities vary.
Federal Criminal Records
The information on federal criminal records is obtained via electronic access to Federal Judicial District courthouse within the district and state that is requested. This repository is updated daily and is extremely
comprehensive, with only 6 District Courts not reporting into the national system: Alaska, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, South District Indiana, and west district Arkansas. This search will cover filings within the last seven years.
Q: What is the difference between the federal criminal history search and the national criminal database search?
A: While they may sound the same, these two types of searches are distinct.
*Federal criminal searches report information from federal district courts and contain only specific high-level, white-collar crimes and crimes that cross state lines.
*The National Criminal Database compiles information from thousands of sources at the county, state, and federal levels.
